First Week Back--Design Visualization 112--1-26-10
Below is the magazine layout I chose from Teen Vogue this past fall. I made it my own by drawing about my first week back to school, saying goodbye to Minnesota and hello again to North Carolina.
I think you captured the layout successfully and in an interesting way. The continuation of the strong graphic layout in the upper half as a background may be visually distracting to the layout overall. I think your eye needs a place to rest.
I really like how your own layout reflects your inspiration and the use of only one color makes everything pop.
